About Keeping His Promise (Year of the Billionaire Part 3)
Places become characters in a way. As a reader, I like to get to know my setting as much as I do my characters. Having lived in both New York City and Chicago, I tried to bring these two giants into the story and help my readers make friends with them as they journey with Tristan and Raina.
I found the steamy scenes in part 3 more challenging to write. As the intensity of the relationship grows between the hero and heroine, their sexual relationship becomes so much more complex and meaningful--just as it would with real people.

About the Author
The 'C' in my name stands for Cheyenne. Although you wouldn't know it by looking at me, I have a great grandparent who was a member of that Native American Tribe. Her people once lived in the very southeastern corner of Montana where I now make my home. I didn't always live in such a wide open space, though. I grew up in New York City. Much as I love the city and admire what it takes to live there, I met a kindred spirit at Columbia University and together, we found a way to take our lives from the Big Apple to the Big Sky. We haven't regretted a moment.
We've got a smallish ranch where we raise cattle and keep a menagerie of other animals, too. Once or twice a year, we hire a 'ranch sitter' and take an urban vacation somewhere hitting all the restaurants, plays, museums and musical performances we can squeeze in. Then it's back to the wide open.
A writer finds creativity flourishes in solitude. My fantasy world is full of characters and stories lined up and waiting for me to bring them to life. I hope you will enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.

I'm going to read it again!!!

If I like a book, I mean really like a book, I read it again and actually highlight some passages. This is a book that I will definitely read again! Somehow, K.C. Falls made me physically feel Raina's hurt and pain. When she hurt, I hurt. I mean, I literally felt a tingling pang shoot up my arm, butterflies flutter in the pitt of my stomach and an ache wedge deep within my heart. For an author to be able to elicit such an emotional and physical reaction from a reader shows that the author has talent, and believe me, K.C. has it in spades!!! If you're looking for a hot and steamy story that also pulls at your heart strings, this book is for you!!! I give it 4.5 stars!!!

Great end to a series

Keeping His Promise delivered the perfect combination of mystery, love scenes, and growth of love and respect between a couple. Unlike many romance novels, the couple did not fall hopelessly in love over a short period of time but the time span was more relatable and realistic. Couldn't put it down.

WHAT A GREAT TRILOGY!!!

I was surprised with this whole trilogy, but the ending was the biggest surprise. I thought i would not like Tristan, but I really like the way his character developed. Raina was a great leading lady. This just took some different turns that what i am used to seeing in these types of books.
